Don\u2019t be fooled they, it\u2019s certainly not lacking in flavor!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These garlic steak bites are so simple, but so delicious! Seasoned with garlic butter and herbs and the steak is perfectly tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5\u00a0lbs\u00a0NY strip steak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0tbsp\u00a0Olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0lb.\u00a0Baby golden potatoes quartered or halved<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00a0tbsp\u00a0Butter unsalted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0tsp\u00a0Oregano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0tsp\u00a0Thyme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0tsp\u00a0Rosemary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3\u00a0Cloves\u00a0garlic minced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How To Make Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place the olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add in the potatoes, herbs as well as salt and pepper to taste. Cook the potatoes stirring often for 3-5 minutes until fork tender. Set the potatoes aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the same skillet add the second tbsp of butter and the steaks that have been sliced into strips.
